Our work to care for the environment is done in partnership with other congregations with whom we share the Jones Falls watershed through Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake’s One Water Partnership.

Residents in Interfaith Power & Light <ipldmv.org> congregations are coming together to save energy and go solar at home.  As a non-profit community resource, Civic Works team will help you navigate which Civic Works’ Energy Program is right for you, your wallet, your health, and your community.

Calling caring residents in Baltimore City & Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, and Harford Counties:

  • Go solar! Get a custom rooftop solar system or a community solar subscription
  • Reduce energy loss and uncomfortable drafts!  Get quick energy-saving installs and claim your deeper weatherization rebates.

What you get:

  • savings: lowering utility bills and saving money
  • comfort and health: mitigating nasty drafts and unhealthy pollutants
  • satisfaction: helping the environment and creating sustainable communities
  • and…FUN!
